Circles

“In the Circle we are all equal. No one is in front. No one behind. No one is above. No one is below. We are related- the Circle creates unity.” -Dave Chief, Oglala Lakota Elder

New Moon Circle

Following the rhythm of the moon’s phases, we sit together in circle each New Moon to explore a theme, connect to ourselves, others, and the natural world. We enjoy a guided meditation, journaling, sharing (always optional), Yin & Sound Bowls.

Curated Circles

Wanting to mark a special occasion in a meaningful way? Circles are a wonderful way to honor the myriad of transitions in life. Examples of Circles I’ve hosted:

  • Red Tent: A gathering of women in support of a young woman’s first menses.
  • Blessingway: An alternative or addition to a Baby Shower where the mother or parents are surrounded by support and pampering before baby arrives.
  • Farewell: A moment to sit together and honor the transition from one place to another.
